We are a Bengaluru-based food brand on a mission to make everyday protein more efficient, enjoyable, and affordable. Our in-house facility produces flavored tofu and fermented yeast protein powders, designed to fit modern lifestyles.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and on-ground sales through direct engagement, events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Identify and convert prospects into customers.
• Sales execution: Achieve monthly sales targets through field activities.
• Event participation: Represent rightkind at exhibitions, pop-ups, and activations.
• Product promotion: Conduct tastings, demos, and sampling to boost awareness.
• Relationship building: Maintain strong connections with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in Kannada & English
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic, presentable, and persuasive personality
• Passion for food, fitness, wellness, or consumer brands
• Prior experience in sales, promotions, or field marketing preferred

Qualifications & Benefits

• Graduate degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Age: 20-25 years preferred
• Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/month + incentives
• Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Working Days

• 5.5 days/week
• Sunday & public holiday work may be required for events
• Comp-off provided for Sunday/holiday work
