Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, meeting clients in person, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct interaction.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly.
• Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order/service processing.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports for management.

• Education: Any Graduate
• 1YEAR experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, depending on the role.
