About the Company

We are a growing solar energy company specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar Solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
• Meet Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers.
• Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
• Follow up on quotations and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
