Field Sales Executive

YOUR ROLE

To drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts through sales activities, solution selling and strong relationship management in the field.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in assigned territory/industry
• Develop / conduct and execute sales activities / sales plans to achieve individual targets
• Build strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
• Manage and grow customer portfolio as assigned and maintain long-term relationship with key customers
• Understand customer supply chain, logistics needs, and pain points and propose suitable logistics solutions (Ocean, Air, Value-added services)
• Coordinate with pricing, operations and customer service teams
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service scope within company guidelines
• Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field

• 2-5 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain

• Knowledge of ocean, air, and inland transport solutions

• Familiar with incoterms and basic trade documentation

• Willingness to travel upon assigned
