Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Generate new machine sales enquiries and leads through field visits.
• Visit customers, project sites, contractors and business owners.
• Promote Tata Hitachi construction equipment and machinery.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable machine solutions.
• Coordinate machine demonstrations, quotations and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and enquiry targets.
• Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 13 years of experience in field sales/construction equipment/automobile or similar industry preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Meghalaya.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
