Field Sales Executive

• Plan and run daily field visits to schools and coaching institutes in your assigned territory.
• Meet decision-makers (principals, trustees, coaching directors, academic coordinators) and present Studymaxx books through demos and sample material.
• Build and maintain your own prospect pipeline: cold visits, referrals, follow-ups, and reactivating dormant leads.
• Negotiate and close institutional orders; achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting visits, contacts, outcomes and next steps — in the company's sales tracker.
• Represent Studymaxx at school events, teacher workshops, exhibitions and education fairs.

What we’re looking for

• 1–6 years of field sales experience — education, publishing or edtech sales preferred; freshers with strong communication will be considered
• Comfortable with cold visits and speaking to senior educators without hesitation
• Fluent in communicative Hindi and English
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence, and willingness to travel daily within the territory
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based reporting
• Self-driven, organised, and disciplined about follow-ups.

Good to have

• Existing relationships with schools or coaching institutes
• Prior experience selling books, learning kits or academic subscriptions
• Understanding of CBSE/state board academic calendars and procurement cycles
