Field Sales Executive

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and local networking.
• Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers and understand their requirements.
• Conduct basic site surveys, including roof area, electricity bill and load requirements.
• Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidy, net metering, EMI/finance and payback period.
• Coordinate with the technical/design team for system sizing and quotations.
• Present quotations and proposals to customers and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and kW targets.
• Maintain customer details, lead status and daily visit reports in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation and operations teams for smooth project handover.
• Maintain good customer relationships and generate referral business.
• Keep updated with solar products, government schemes, market trends and competitor pricing.
