Role Summary

We are looking for a Cluster Manager – Field Sales to drive sales across the assigned territory, manage field sales teams, build relationships with schools and educational institutions, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the field sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
• Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions and key decision-makers.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct team reviews, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.
