Field Sales Executive

• Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
• Present and explain the company’s products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide regular sales and market updates to the reporting manager.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
