B2B Dynamic QR Sales

• Role Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Sales Team Lead
• Industry: Fintech / Digital Payments (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, Bajaj Pay)
• Work Type: Full-time, Field-based (Feet-on-street).

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Onboarding: Visit local retail shops, markets, and businesses to pitch and register new merchants for payment QR codes and soundbox devices.
• Device Deployment: Deliver, install, and activate soundbox hardware and QR code stands at merchant locations.
• Market Penetration: Cover assigned daily beats/areas (visiting 10–15+ merchants a day) to grow local market share and distribution.
• Relationship Management: Provide basic post-sale service, troubleshooting, KYC assistance, and merchant retention support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a graduation degree is preferred for leadership or senior executive tracks.
• Experience: Freshers with a strong drive are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of direct field sales or fintech experience is an advantage.
• Mobility: A two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license are mandatory for extensive daily market travel.
• Skills: Good local communication, target-driven mindset, and persuasive negotiation abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
