Job Description – Field Sales Executive / Territory Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive / Territory Executive
Office Location: Najafgarh, New Delhi
Territories: Delhi/NCR, Ambala, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Pune & Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B clients within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach manufacturers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/machinery solutions.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, service and operations teams for smooth order execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
