Field Sales Executive

Flying Ribbon Films is looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive who can actively approach businesses, institutions, and organisations to generate leads and bring new clients.

The candidate will be responsible for office-to-office visits, cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, startups, and other potential clients to generate leads.
• Identify businesses that require corporate films, promotional videos, advertisements, documentaries, social media content, product videos, event films, and other video production services.
• Conduct regular cold calls, cold emails and introduce Flying Ribbon Films and its services to prospective clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and understand their video/content requirements.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
• Prepare and share basic proposals/quotations in coordination with the production team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until closure and ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the production team.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
