Field Sales Executive

WeddingPoint is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Sales and Business Development team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting wedding venues and wedding service providers across Delhi NCR, generating leads, meeting business owners, explaining the WeddingPoint platform and successfully onboarding vendors.

This is a field-based sales role that requires regular market visits, strong communication skills, relationship building and the ability to achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit wedding venues and wedding service providers across Delhi NCR.
• Identify potential vendors through field visits, market research and local networking.
• Meet venue owners, managers and business decision-makers.
• Present WeddingPoint's platform and explain its benefits to potential vendors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into registered WeddingPoint partners.
• Complete the vendor onboarding process and collect required business information.
• Follow up with interested vendors and convert them into active partners.
• Maintain good relationships with onboarded vendors.
• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups and successful onboardings.
• Achieve monthly vendor onboarding targets.
• Share market feedback and competitor information with the management team.

Vendors to Be Onboarded

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding businesses such as wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, resorts, marriage gardens, farmhouses, wedding planners, photographers, makeup artists, decorators, caterers, DJs and other wedding service providers.

Target & Incentive Structure

The monthly target is 60 successful vendor onboardings.

The fixed salary will be ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and skills.

In addition to the fixed salary, the candidate will receive a ₹500 incentive for every successful vendor onboarding above the monthly target of 60 vendors.

For example:

60 vendors: No additional incentive

70 vendors: 10 additional vendors × ₹500 = ₹5,000 incentive

80 vendors: 20 additional vendors × ₹500 = ₹10,000 incentive

100 vendors: 40 additional vendors × ₹500 = ₹20,000 incentive

There is no upper limit on performance incentives. Higher performance will result in higher earnings.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales or Direct Sales.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi NCR.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp and basic mobile applications.

Candidates with experience in the wedding, hospitality, events, real estate, SaaS or B2B sales industry will be preferred.
