Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Promote and drive sales of Health products and services through patient interactions.
• Educate patients about product benefits, usage, and value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with doctors & patients to ensure product adoption and retention.
• Identify patient needs and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Provide feedback from patients to support product improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., Biotechnology, Microbiology,
• Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, etc.)
• OR
• MBA (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with internship or exposure to sales, healthcare, customer engagement, or patient counseling will be preferred.
