Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new retail stores, dealers, and distributors in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular market visits in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and nearby regions.
• Present and demonstrate Akiara sewing machine products to potential customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Collect payments from customers as per company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in offline sales, field sales, retail sales, dealer/distributor sales, or FMCG/durable goods sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
