Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Visakhapatnam

Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Fresher’s with strong communication skills are welcome)

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations.
• Promote the company’s products/services through direct marketing, events, and local campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and quotations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collect market feedback, competitor analysis, and share insights with the management team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper sales documentation.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
• Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of local market and customer behavior.
