FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and driving revenue growth through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to grow the company's customer base.

• Conduct field visits to prospective clients and businesses.

• Promote the company's logistics and delivery services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Follow up on leads, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in logistics, courier services, or a related industry.

• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of the Abuja business environment.

• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
