Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and licensed liquor shops.

* Ensure product availability, visibility and effective brand promotion at retail outlets.

* Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.

* Ensure timely order collection, follow-up on payments and coordination with distributors.

* Execute company-approved promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.

* Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports and other required sales MIS.

* Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.

* Ensure compliance with applicable excise regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile:-

* Prior experience in IMFL or liquor sales is preferred.

* Knowledge of the local liquor market and retail distribution network will be an advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the assigned territory.

* Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market.

* Good reporting, coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
