About the role

This is an on-ground, field-focused role ideal for go-getters who are passionate about sales, customer engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers or partners (such as driver-partners, vendors or small businesses), driving adoption of our product, and growing our presence in new and existing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through field visits, area mapping and lead generation
• Onboard driver-partners, vendors or customers as per business need
• Understand the assigned territory thoroughly and use local insights to improve conversion
• Maintain daily work logs and share performance metrics regularly
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly

About you

• Sales experience preferred
• Own two-wheeler required
• Strong communication skills
• Basic tech proficiency
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and visiting multiple locations daily
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
