Field Sales Executive – POS Software

DevClay is looking for confident and motivated Field Sales Executives to introduce and sell DevClayPOS, our Point of Sale & Business Management Software, to businesses across Lahore and Okara.

This is a field-based role. You will visit shops and businesses, demonstrate DevClayPOS, identify customer needs, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.

What You'll Do

• Visit retail stores and businesses in your assigned city
• Introduce and demonstrate DevClayPOS
• Identify businesses that could benefit from a POS system
• Explain features such as billing, inventory, khata, purchases, expenses and reports
• Generate new leads through field visits
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Follow up with interested businesses
• Close sales and assist with customer onboarding
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Report daily visits, leads, demos and sales

Requirements

• Must be based in Lahore or Okara
• Must have your own motorcycle/bike
• Must have your own laptop
• Comfortable with daily field visits
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident talking directly with shop owners and business managers
• Basic computer/software knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Smartphone with WhatsApp
• Previous field sales experience is preferred
• POS/software/FMCG/merchant sales experience is a plus
