Role Overview

Are you goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Field Sales Executive Sweeper at firmus energy, you'll be part of a team that's all about hitting targets and growing together. Based at our Mallusk office in Newtownabbey, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your success is recognised and rewarded. If you have experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or another target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow with us.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, £10,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) commission, car allowance, and uncapped earning potential, giving you the opportunity to maximise your rewards as you succeed.

Role Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their switch to firmus gas and electricity.
• Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
• Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customer's interest
• Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
• Represent firmus energy in a professional manner

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 6 months in sales. Desirably in the field.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
• Full Driving Licence
• Experience in selling to a diverse customer base.
• Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results.
• Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management.
• Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am – 8pm
