Field Sales Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Operations Manager to join ZC New Horizon Distribution Corp in Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of our field sales operations. As Field Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimising sales processes, managing field teams, and ensuring that our sales objectives are met consistently and profitably. This role is integral to our company's growth strategy and directly impacts our market presence and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field sales teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Develop and implement sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance team performance
• Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Coordinate logistics and inventory management to support effective field sales operations
• Train, mentor and coach field sales staff to develop their skills and achieve professional growth
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and budgets
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Optimise route planning and resource allocation for field teams to maximise efficiency

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, field operations or a related role within a distribution or sales-driven environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of distribution, logistics and supply chain management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly to field locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
