- Take and process customer orders accurately and timely
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends
- Collect payments when necessary and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and route plans
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery schedules
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
