Position: Field Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers, completing assigned field activities, collecting documents or payments, conducting field verification, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients/customers at assigned locations.
• Collect and submit required documents, payments, or applications.
• Conduct field verification, inspections, and other assigned field activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide regular updates and daily reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, documents, and other field activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the office/team to ensure smooth completion of assigned work.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular field travel.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the role.
