FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Machinebanks Corporation, a leading provider of industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment, is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Batangas and other areas across CALABARZON.

• Full time - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Monday to Friday
• Gas allowance are provided + meal allowance (during field assignments)

Job Description

• Manage and grow assigned territory accounts (industrial, manufacturing, or dealer accounts)
• Conduct client visits, sales calls, and presentations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities / leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Request quotations and coordinate orders with internal teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, accounts, and activities (CRM or reports)
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
• Ensure proper after-sales support and client follow-ups

Job Qualifications

• College degree on business or engineering
• At least 1 year experience in Sales / Field Sales / Account Management
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned area
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of sales process (prospecting, closing, follow-up)
• Willing to start as soon as possible
• Has personal transportation for customer visits (Motorcycle or car)
