We work closely with end-users in the Public Safety, Higher Education, Athletics, Business, Military, Government, and Industrial markets and value our relationships with the A&D and GC communities as well.

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new opportunities across public safety, higher education, government, and corporate markets
• Build lasting relationships with architects, end users, and general contractors who shape major capital projects
• Represent DSS at trade shows, A&D events, and industry functions, becoming a known face in your markets
• Manage a full sales cycle, from first outreach through installation, using a modern tech stack and a best-in-class lead generation system

Who we're looking for

• A competitive drive: you keep score, and losing a deal motivates you more than winning one
• Curiosity: you're drawn to how buildings work, how projects get funded, and who's making decisions
• Coachability: you take feedback well and apply it faster than most people ask for it
• 0–5 years of sales or business experience
