Field Sales Representative

About the Role

We're growing our local sales team and looking for energetic, self-motivated people to sell home services — exterior home maintenance pack subscriptions directly to homeowners in the Pleasanton area. This is a door-to-door, face-to-face sales role — you'll be the first impression of our brand in the neighborhoods you work.

What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned residential territories in Pleasanton and nearby communities
• Deliver a clear, honest pitch on our subscription plans and pricing
• Quote jobs independently
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
• Close sales on the spot using our enrollment software
• Log daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, closes) in our CRM
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly coaching sessions

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hardworking: Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, in varying weather
• Strong communicator
• Executes good judgement and thinks on their feet
• Prior door to door sales or equivalent experience required
• Must pass a background checkCompensation & Perks
• uncapped commission ( top reps earn $140,000+)
• bi-weekly pay
• Mileage/gas stipend or company vehicle option for select candidates
• Clear path to promotion into Team Lead / Sales Manager roles

Schedule

• flexible scheduling within territory hours, up to 7 days per week.
• Minimum 40 hour per week availability
• In-person, field-based (not remote)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
