Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing B2B accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B clients and business opportunities
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Present and promote the Company's products to potential business clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Negotiate with clients and close sales
• Monitor sales leads, follow-ups, and account progress
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client service
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven experience in client acquisition and account management
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven and comfortable working with sales targets
• Willing to conduct frequent field visits
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
