Sales Representative – Full-Time

Location: Cardiff City CentreJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: Monday–Saturday, minimum 4 days per week

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Cardiff-based sales team.

This is a face-to-face sales position, working with customers through residential campaigns. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, so previous sales experience is not essential.

The role

As a Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers face-to-face in residential areas
• Representing well-known brands professionally
• Understanding customer needs and explaining relevant products or services
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Working alongside the wider sales team
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
• Working towards individual and team performance targets

Important information

This is a 100% commission-based role with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on individual performance and successful sales.
