FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

MID DISTRIBUTE TRADING CORPORATION is a sister company of MIE ORO PLAST CORPORATION.

MID DISTRIBUTE TRADING CORPORATION operates e-commerce platforms through Shopee and TikTok, offering a variety of consumer products, including:

• Kola Bags – Bags and everyday carry products
• PureCare – Wet wipes and pet products
• Clever Skin – Beauty and skincare products
• Heyair – Mini portable fans

As our product portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will help expand our market presence by introducing and selling our products to physical stores and retail outlets, in addition to our existing e-commerce channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit and develop relationships with potential physical stores and retailers.
• Introduce and promote MID's products to prospective customers.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Learn and effectively present the features and benefits of our products.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• With experience in sales, marketing, or field sales is an advantage.
• Must be willing to conduct fieldwork and visit different stores/customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to drive a motorcycle and/or car.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented.
• Willing to learn and promote a variety of consumer products.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: ₱695/day
• Food Allowance
• Sales Commission
