Field Sales Representative

To drive sales growth and brand visibility by ensuring seamless coordination between our retail partners (supermarkets). You will manage the daily logistics of orders, monitor on-shelf availability, and build strong relationships with the managers to ensure our products are always stocked and prominently displayed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail & Supermarket Coordination: Perform daily visits to assigned supermarket branches. Coordinate with the managers to ensure our products are correctly stocked and priced.
• Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding stock availability, incoming shipments, and lead times.
• Field Merchandising Oversight: Ensure “share of shelf” is maintained according to company standards. Monitor the setup of promotional displays and end caps.
• Order Management: Process daily sales orders from retail accounts. Ensure orders are transmitted to the warehouse accurately and follow up on delivery status to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Market Intelligence: Provide daily field reports on competitor activity, pricing shifts, and new product launches observed during supermarket visits.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Handle “return and bad stock” (damaged or expired goods) at the store level, ensuring proper documentation and replacement in compliance with pharmaceutical/food safety standards.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
