We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives (FMCG) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops and distributors on a daily basis.
• Generate orders and ensure timely product delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
• Submit daily sales reports through the company's mobile app/system.

Eligibility

• Prior FMCG sales experience is mandatory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bengali Must

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• FMCG: 2 years (Required)
• Field sales: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)

Work Location: In person
