Field Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new prospects through market research, networking, and cold visits.
• Direct Selling: Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and finalize sales to meet targets.
• Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes and manage regional client accounts efficiently.
• Sales Reporting: Log daily visits and update customer data using mobile CRM software.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and explain product value clearly.
• Time Management: Ability to organize daily travel schedules and meet strict sales quotas independently.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's offerings to answer customer questions on the spot.
