Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's loan products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct field sales, house-to-house visits, and client acquisition activities within the assigned area.
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loan applicants.
• Assist clients with loan applications and ensure complete submission of required documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market saturation and other sales initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after loan processing.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With sales experience.
• Experience in field sales or house-to-house selling is an advantage.
• Willing to do extensive field work within Malate, Manila, and nearby areas.
• Can communicate in basic English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Former OFW experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
