Field Sales Representative

Job Opportunity:

Full time | Local territory | Monday-Friday

We're expanding our Alabama team and looking for motivated, customer-focused people who enjoy meeting others and working toward clear goals. You'll meet with local businesses, learn about their needs, and explain how our products may serve them.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with prospective customers in your assigned local territory
• Understand customer needs and explain relevant options
• Follow and track our company's sales process
• Use the training, CRM, scripts, and materials provided
• Participate in hands-on training and ongoing coaching

Compensation and Opportunities:

Based on current team results, average first-year earnings are approximately $80,000-$125,000. Some first-year representatives have earned $150,000-$250,000; those results are exceptional and are not guaranteed. Earnings depend on individual sales. Additional opportunities may include trainer compensation, bonuses, company-paid trips, and residual income.

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of sales experience preferred; customer service, retail, and hospitality experience are also relevant
