Field Sales Representative - Cork

Department: Field Sales Employment Type: Full time Location: Ireland (D2D) Compensation : €32,000 Base plus up to €15,000 OTE The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales - helping prospective customers to analyse and take control of their energy costs. What's in it for you ?

• €2,000 sign on bonus after successful probation *
• Basic salary €32000.
• Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings –OTE of €50,000 in first year.
• Flexible working options available.
• Daily Lunch Allowance (€8 daily - up to €2,000 annually)
• Hours - 40 hours weekly - 11am to 8pm
• Company Vehicle or Fuel Card Allowance DOE.
• 21 days annual leave, increasing with service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate.
• Promote and sell Yuno Energy products/services.
• Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
• Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
• Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
• Continuously refine sales strategies, providing feedback to optimise performance
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.
