FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES

About the Role

CityHop Delivery is expanding its presence across Ontario, and we are looking for energetic, professional, and self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to help grow our business customer network.

In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to CityHop's delivery solutions, identify new business opportunities, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and help convert prospects into business customers.

This is a field-based B2B sales opportunity suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and working independently.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect businesses that may benefit from CityHop's delivery services.
• Visit local businesses and introduce CityHop's delivery solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
• Understand customer delivery needs and explain how CityHop can support their business.
• Represent CityHop professionally within your assigned territory.
• Work with the CityHop team to transition new business opportunities into active customer accounts.
• Help identify opportunities for recurring and long-term business relationships.

• Good knowledge of the local business community.
• Sales, customer service, or business-development experience is an asset.
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on your assigned territory.
• Previous logistics or delivery-industry experience is helpful but not required.
