We're looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to take ownership of our South East Melbourne region — someone who leads by example, sells alongside their team and knows how to lift performance from the ground up.

This isn't a desk role. You'll be out in the field every day, coaching your team, driving results and setting the standard through your own numbers.

• Have solid door-to-door or direct sales experience — this is non-negotiable
• Have led or coached a field sales team and know how to get the best out of people
• Still love selling and want to lead from the front, not from behind a desk
• Know how to build team culture, lift performance and create consistency

• Want more ownership and are ready to grow beyond team leadership

• Demonstrated team leadership in a direct sales environment
• Confidence in training, motivating and performance-managing field reps

• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
