Field Service Assistant – No Experience Needed

Looking for hands-on work where you can learn a trade from the ground up? Do you like staying active, working with your hands, and helping people? No experience is required. We’ll teach you everything.

AirDuctify partners with dedicated contractors to provide professional dryer vent and air duct cleaning services that make homes safer and healthier. As a Field Service Assistant, you’ll work alongside an experienced Service Technician, learn the trade on the job, and build skills that can grow into a technician role.

What You’ll Do as a Field Service Assistant

On AirDuctify jobs, you’ll:

• Assist technicians with air duct and dryer vent inspections, cleaning, repairs, and installations.
• Load, unload, set up, and break down equipment at each job site.
• Protect customers’ homes by laying floor covers and keeping work areas clean.
• Help identify airflow and safety issues while learning how to diagnose them yourself.
• Learn how to explain maintenance and fire-prevention best practices to homeowners.

Nice to Have, Not Required

• Experience in construction, home services, warehouse work, or any physical job.
• Some familiarity with basic hand tools.
• A valid driver’s license.
