Job Overview

The Field Service Coordinator is a demanding position where the individual must schedule and coordinate work orders with TCH Service Technician's schedules.

Essential Job Functions

• Schedule work orders to be processed by TCH service technicians while coordinating dates and times with the customer
• Track technician hours on job sites, make adjustments to sales orders and ensure other appropriate paperwork is processed in a timely manner for billing purposes
• Work across multiple software systems to manage service schedule and completion
• Deliver materials to technicians on site, or deliver items for installation when needed
• Visit job sites to coordinate the necessary materials for various project and relay that information in a timely manner back to the appropriate sales department
• Other duties as necessary

Skills Requirements

• Door and Hardware related experience/education preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivated individuals who can manage their time effectively in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, via email, and face-to-face with both customers and TCH employees
• Valid driver’s license and a Clean MVR

Working Conditions

This position involves some travel to customer job sites. Some sites may be outdoors, susceptible to weather. May include extended periods of sitting or standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending at the waist, kneeling, stooping, lifting, and reaching above shoulder and/or head and below knee level.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
