  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, EPA, DOT, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to promote accountability, safety awareness, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction or field safety experience, including 3+ years in mission-critical environments; data center experience preferred.
  • Experience working with field employees, contractors, general contractors, and customers.

  • Experience with field audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Hot Work, and electrical safety.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence safety practices across an organization without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in construction sites, industrial facilities, and data centers.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours, including occasional nights/weekends and emergency response.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE.
