Field Service Engineer – Breakdowns

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer Breakdowns to handle on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment/machinery during breakdown situations.
• The role requires quick diagnosis, technical expertise, and efficient resolution to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdown calls at customer sites and ensure timely resolution Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment
• Perform emergency repairs and corrective maintenance Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support Maintain service reports, breakdown logs, and documentation Ensure adherence to safety
• standards and protocols at site Provide technical guidance to customers on equipment usage and preventive care Support installation and commissioning when required Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
