Field Service Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the chemical industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer (Chemical Engineering) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Field Service Manager  

THE ROLE

The Field Service Engineer (Chemical Engineering) is responsible for:

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Provide technical support and respond to customer service requests promptly.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Internship or industrial attachment experience in wastewater treatment, water treatment, or environmental technology will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required.
