Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training at service centres, retailers and local garages.

Ensure availability and functionality of service infrastructure.

Conduct service centre audits and field visits as per travel plan.

Close warranty complaints within specified TAT.

Manage warranty claims, challans and portal entries.

Report zero-hour failures and provide technical analysis reports.

Develop and strengthen service centres in coordination with sales teams.

Implement service policies and manage service claims.

Support sales activities and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Handle toll-free complaints and ensure closure within timelines.

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
