Field Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and machinery in the field.
• Conduct site visits to identify issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support for product installation, commissioning, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of service operations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment/machinery operation, maintenance, and repair principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with vacuum pump systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
