Epson Robot

1. Setting up Epson Robot in-house lab, maintenance and upkeeping of in-house Epson Robots.

2. To provide onsite support for installation, repair, upgrade, & PM of Epson Robots as and when required.

3. To keep Epson Robot in-house lab in good working condition and assist in Robot trainings and projects as and when required.

IT (Malaysia)

4. New hire preparation-PC, Software and email setup.

5. Provide support and queries for employee regards to IT matters.

6. Key person for laptop replacement.

7. Advisory for PC license software.

Inventory JTRON and EPSON

1. Maintain and keep track for all Jtron inventories and Epson consigned parts.

2. Make sure excel records and physical product counts are the same.

3. Pick and pack product for shipment.

4. Follow up in and out of shipment status.

5. Monthly report (for internal and for Epson’s PIC)

6. Create Jtron part number for new product and current product.

7. Maintain all products and part numbers inside Odoo website.

CCTV and Card Access

1. Access live view for office CCTV

2. Handle CCTV-playback and storage whenever required.

3. Act as a contact person for CCTV supplier.

4. Keep track for all employees’ card access and door passwords.
