Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Cabuyao City, Laguna. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the field. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service whilst maintaining and repairing equipment at client sites. This position is crucial to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the reliability of our services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in accordance with technical specifications and client requirements
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify equipment faults and implement appropriate solutions
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports documenting all work completed, spare parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize client downtime
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates at optimal efficiency and to prevent potential failures
• Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues in clear, understandable terms and provide guidance on equipment operation
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies whilst working at client sites
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge gained from field experience
