Field Service Engineer

  ENGINEERING SERVICES

  Deploy, install, and maintain IT and communications systems at government and military installations worldwide. Serve as the primary technical point of contact during field operations, ensuring mission readiness of hardware and network infrastructure in austere environments.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

    Install and configure network hardware, servers, and communications equipment at customer sites

  • —

    Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on fielded systems

  • —

    Coordinate with program managers and contracting officers on schedule and deliverables

  • —

    Document all field activities in accordance with contract requirements

  • —

    Travel to OCONUS locations as mission requires — up to 50% travel

  REQUIREMENTS

  • —

    Active Secret clearance

  • —

    CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 certification

  • —

    3+ years of field service or systems integration experience

  • —

    Experience with military communications systems (SATCOM, tactical radio) preferred

  • —

    Valid U.S. passport; ability to obtain country-specific clearances as required
