Field Service Engineer

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

·        Proficient in spoken and written English.

·        Strong fundamental knowledge in biomedical, electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering.

·        Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

·        Flexibility to work overtime or on holidays in response to urgent/emergency situations.

·        Prior experience or technical knowledge related to the company’s product lines is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment distributed by the company to ensure optimal performance.

·        Manage customer relationships effectively by delivering professional support, relevant product information, and maintaining a positive company image.

·        Respond promptly to urgent technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
