We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our Field Service Engineer Role to perform machine setup, installation, commissioning and maintain, and support our equipment at customer sites. Perfect for engineers who are good in technical knowledge and mechatronics background. We are also looking for

Job Description:

1.     Perform service, trouble-shooting, installation, commissioning and maintain our range of equipment on site.

2.     Interface with clients and suppliers to provide support and assistance.

3.     Provide equipment operating and technical training to customer.

4.     Keep accurate service reports and documentation

5.     Support any other ad-hoc assignments within the scope of company.

Requirements:

1.     Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic engineering or equivalent.

2.     Candidate with Final test background, Automation or Machine Hands-on experience is an added advantage.

3.     Candidate must be willing travel to customer site (Melaka(priority), Johor Bahru, Muar, Negeri Sembilan & Oversea

4.     Possesses a pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.

5.     Willing to work in shift (if required)

6.     Fresh graduate/ entry level is welcomed
